Factory Fire at Mt Druitt

Firefighters from Mt Druitt and Dunheved responded to an automatic fire alarm at Kurrajong Av, Mt Druitt, this afternoon. Upon arrival, the firefighters from Mt Druitt were confronted with a large fire in an automotive paint factory. They immediately called for assistance, ensured the factory had already been evacuated and started attacking the fire with hoses. The quick actions of the firefighters saw the fire extinguished before it could spread.
